Actor Christian Bale will reunite with director Scott Cooper for the adaptation of the novel The Pale Blue Eye. After teaming up with the director for the films Out of the Furnace and Hostiles, this will be their third collaboration. According to Deadline, "Bale will play a veteran detective who investigates the murders, helped by a detail-oriented young cadet who will later become a world-famous author, Edgar Allan Poe." The upcoming thriller will revolve around "the attempt to solve a series of murders that took place in 1830 at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point." Christian Bale is set to serve as producer with Scott Cooper, John Lesher, and Cross Creek’s Tyler Thompson. The makers plan to take the project on the floor this fall. A family entertainer that promises to strike a chord with its stellar cast and emotive storytelling, Sardar Ka Grandson will premiere this summer exclusively on Netflix. Starring the iconic Neena Gupta and heartthrob Arjun Kapoor, along with Rakul Preet Singh, Aditi Rao Hydari, John Abraham, Soni Razdan, Kanwaljit Singh, Kumud Mishra and Divya Seth, the film showcases the journey of a US-return grandson who will go to any length to fulfil his grandmother’s last wish. Superman reboot movie is in the works. With Justice Leagu e - Snyder Cut version is releasing in March, there's a lot of anticipation. Amidst this, it is being reported that a reboot is being planned at Warner Bros with J.J. Abrams set to serve as producer. Deadline has reported that " author Ta-Nehisi Coates is writing a Superman reboot feature for Warner Bros and DC, which J.J. Abrams is producing under his Bad Robot label." The report also states that Henry Cavill is eager to be back as Superman but did not mention whether he has been approached for the reboot or not. Hannah Minghella will serve as producer. The plot of the film is not been revealed. Ismail Durbar, whose music was absent in the recent films of Bhansali, is all set to compose the epic music of Bhansali’s first OTT project Heera Mandi . The tale of a kotha filled with beautiful women, dance, music and songs will have Ismail Durbar compose nearly 25 songs to be used in several episodes. Says a source close to the development, “After Saawariya which had music by Monty Sharma, Sanjay Leela Bhansali did all the music in his films himself. Now he has signed his friend Ismail once again to do music for Heera Mandi while Sanjay will focus on the post-production work of Gangubai Kathiawadi .” This is bound to be an epic comeback. Superstar Akshay Kumar is currently filming for Bachchan Pandey and has already begun putting a line-up for the next two years. His discipline and his attempt to finish 3-4 films in a year have helped him to do multiple projects annually. But since he’s one of the top stars, he gets inundated with scripts and hence, he has no choice but to let go of some of them. One such project that he had to unfortunately opt out of is director Mudassar Aziz’s next. It is produced by Jackky and Vashu Bhagnani, who are also producing his May 28 theatrical release, Bellbottom . In November 2019, the superstar had signed this film, which as per reports, is a light-hearted entertainer, just like Mudassar’s recent works like Happy Bhag Jayegi (2016), Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi (2018) and Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019).
